HEALTHY RECIPES: BROCCOLI SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups     Broccoli florettes, cut small
1/2           Red onion, diced small
1/4 cup    Sunflower seeds, toasted
1/4 cup    Golden raisins
1/8 cup    Turkey bacon bits
1/2 cup    Yogurt, fat-free plain
1/2 tsp     Salt
1/8 tsp     Black pepper
1 tbsp       Dill, fresh, chopped
2 tbsp      Lemon juice, fresh
2 tbsp      Sugar

PREPARATION:
Combine yogurt, salt, pepper, dill, lemon, and sugar.
Prepare remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together.

Serves: 6
Serving size: ½ cup
Calories: 100
Fiber: 2 gram
Carbohydrates: 13 grams
Sodium: 85 milligrams
Protein:  4 grams
