INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup Low-sodium Soy Sauce
¼ cup Mirin (Rice Wine Vinegar)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
PREPARATION:
• In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, combine soy sauce, Mirin and sugar.
• Cook until the sugar is dissolved.
• Pour sauce into an air tight container or over your favorite dish.
