Healthy Recipes: Pork Tenderloin Burger

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 Pound               Pork tenderloin, ground       

1 teaspoon               Crushed red pepper

1 bunch                   Parsley, fresh, chopped

1/2 cup                  Onion, minced

2 tablespoons           Garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon           Fennel, ground

1/4 teaspoon                     Salt

3 sandwich thins       Arnold sandwich slider buns

PREPERATION:

  • Preheat grill.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Portion 1/4 cup patties.

  • Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.

  • Serve on an open-faced sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
