INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups - Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 Cup - PB2
½ Cup - Peanut butter or almond butter
1 Cup - Water
1 tsp. - Vanilla extract
2 T. - Sugar or honey
STEPS:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor, puree until smooth and whipped.

ReplyDeletePB2 is a product of roasted peanuts that have about 85% of the oil compressed out. Essentially, powdered peanuts, with much less calories and fat. It is available in other brand names too. Very cool stuff!
