H3Tuna Sashimi
Ingredients:
- 1 Sushi grade tuna steak, 5oz (raw)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, black and white
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation:
- Dip tuna steak in low sodium soy sauce. Make sure to coat entire steak.
- Dip each side of tuna in sesame seeds.
- Heat frying pan at medium heat and put in sesame oil.
- Sear each side of tuna steak until golden brown.
Yield: 4 servings
Serving Size: 1 ounce (the tuna will lose 1oz after being cooked)
