Friday Fitness: Setting Your Benchmark

It's important to stay motivated as  you strive to reach your health and fitness goals. One way to do this is to focus on the things you can control. Something unexpected my come up and you aren't able to go to the gym as planned. Instead of focusing on something that was out of your control, focus on all the work you've done leading up to that day. An easy way to measure your progress is to use a benchmark.
