Do you put in the raw brocolli at the end or add it with the noodles to boil?
ReplyDeleteYou can do a couple different things. You can either blanch your broccoli a day ahead of time and add the broccoli in at the end. Or, you can but a small metal strainer basket over the noodles while they are cooking and place the broccoli in the strainer basket. Broccoli will steam nicely for about 5 to 8 minutes.
ReplyDeleteThe broccoli is actually it's best when its a little cooked. I will add that note to the recipe! Enjoy!
