This time of year we start to focus in on program offerings for the upcoming year. I like to take some time to reflect on what aspects of our program our guests really enjoy. In speaking with guests in the program, I like to ask what the “highlight of the week” has been for them. Here are some of their answers:
- Bob’s Portion Control Class –embracing that concept will make me successful
- Treading with Katie
- Completing the H3 bootcamp class when I thought I couldn’t do it
- Recognizing the cause of my emotional eating and learning ways to change it
- The opportunity to meet privately to come up with a plan for home
- Kayaking – the marsh was so beautiful and we saw 2 dolphins!
- The opportunity to try such a broad array of fitness classes to find my niche
- The food is amazing – hard to believe its only 1200 calories per day!
- Meeting so many wonderful people and hearing their stories
- It’s really hard to pick one thing – the combination of it all is key for me to feel what a healthy lifestyle will truly bring
If you’ve been to our program before, what was the “highlight” of your stay? If you have not been before, what would you most look forward to in a future visit?
Your bullet points are definitely some of the best - but I think what makes H3 work is he teriffic staff whether it is front desk, fitness, the dining room team, Dot in scheduling or all of the trainers. THAT is what makes H3 the greatest place on earth!

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to pick from SO MANY amazing people and experiences at H3! I think it's a different path for each guest. What stands out for me? Goal Setting with Adam and Portion Control with Bob are at the top of the list. What would H3 be without Aqua Resistance with Bob, Beach Boot Camp with Adam, races with Jeff, pep talks in the form of a bike ride with Amber, uncanny insight from Beth? I could go on forever! I think that the beauty of the program is that it is structured, but all of the staff at H3 realize that we all do things a little differently, and you have to find what works for you...within a framework.
