INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Carrots, julienned
1/4 cup Green beans
1/4 cup Red Peppers, julienned
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
PREPARATION:
- Gather all of the ingredients and prepare the vegetables.
- Steam or boil carrots for 4 minutes.
- Combine carrots, green beans, peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Preheat sauté pan to medium-high heat.
- Sauté the medley for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are al dente.
